Please review the following job description:

Facilitate the testing of IT changes for all departments within Premium Finance. This includes testing all Premium Finance applications in various IT environments. Partner with a cross section of Premium Finance, Technology, and other support partners to maximize value within delivery of the strategic change and technology roadmap.
Provide training to colleagues as new features are released into production. Assist in the creation of marketing material, where needed, including creating videos and training guides.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Test new system updates for Premium Finance in development environments and re-test subset in production environment post release, to ensure modifications work properly.
2. Act as liaison for Business Unit and IT Department for Testing/Implementation.
3. Work closely with IT System Integration Testing (SIT) team to provide review of test cases and test results, and provide training to SIT team where needed.
4. Work closely with Product Manager, Product Owners, and Project Management Office to test user stories and features and report findings.
5. Correspond with third party partners for set-up, testing and release of future product enhancements.
6. Prepare material for internal testing committee meetings to keep business leaders updated on future testing needs and coordinate with business leaders to assign SMEs to assist with UAT.
7. Train internal staff, as needed, on new products and enhancements to existing products/applications as they are released.
8. Assist Marketing, where needed, in the creation of marketing material to support the launch of new products/features.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Two or more years of banking, financial services or other relevant experience

2. Experience leading and/or participating in cross functional teams

3. Experience with premium finance or insurance businesses

4. Comfortable with ambiguity, working autonomously and making independent decisions in a fast paced, results driven environment

5. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working in an Agile development environment

2. Two or more years of application testing experience

3. Experience training teams
4. Proven ability to translate strategic plans into tactical daily actions for execution
5. Proven ability to lead initiatives with cross-functional teams without formal authority
