As a Platform Product Owner, you will be instrumental in bringing innovative ideas to fruition. Your role will be central to the successful integration of disruptive technologies within the organization. You will be working with core engineering team, designers, data scientists, and researchers to build our flagship products and features. You will have a significant impact throughout the company and your passion will be quickly felt and recognized.

The Platform Product Owner will be responsible for:

• Driving the stories, journeys and/or experiences of a designated pod or product.
• Creating and managing the application, platform and/or product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Working with all stakeholders to ensure their needs, voice and demands are considered as part of the prioritization process.
• Working as part of the 'discovery' team to flush out concepts, create features, groom the 'master' backlog, in partnership with Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Business & any number of staff groups.
• Developing success and acceptance criteria for pod stories.
• Maintaining integrity of product user journeys.
• Manage any relevant pod budget activity.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of product experience
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end software development of complex multi-tiered systems in an agile environment
• Experience with multiple IT disciplines with a confirmed understanding of relevant architectural concepts
• Experience using system and process analysis
• Strong communication skills; ability to facilitate technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry; understanding of the role of consumer and custodial banks; experience handling sensitive financial data
• Strong business analysis, solutions crafting, interaction management and presentation skills
• Understanding of multiple programming languages, including at least one front end framework (Angular/React/Vue), such as Python3, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang, C, C++, etc.
• UI/UX experience, including relevant web/application branding techniques

Education and Certifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
