About the Role

Our platform product manager will deliver user outcomes that will help Levelset scale and reach its goals with a cohesive user experience. This role is heavily dependent on how well they cooperate with different teams. One of their key roles is to be able to collaborate, communicate, and praise other teams. At times, interacting with so many teams will get overwhelming, and that’s where we want you to exercise your ability to prioritize the cross team initiatives and orchestrate their solutions in a streamlined manner.

What You’ll Do

• Make core interactions in the Flagship platform FRICTIONLESS by working with cross department product teams and UX designers
• Cross product and multiple PERSONA MANAGEMENT of our users
• GROW platform revenue by working in collaboration with sales, marketing, support and enablement teams
• OWN long term roadmap and cross-product vision and peel off quarterly initiatives from it
• SET different sets of priorities for each team’s solutions by aligning platform’s goals

What You Bring 

• Critical thinking while working on multiple products and product lines
• Experience working with UX designers to create holistic user flows
• Metrics mindset in a revenue driven product organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey platform vision to cross-team(s) 
• Open mind that role and responsibilities will change, evolve or both
• At least 2-4 years of experience in product management or similar role
