Job Description

This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of Optima Health Sales Executives, Field Marketing Organization (FMO), GAs, and external brokers. The manager will cultivate and manage relationships with assigned Sales Executives, FMOs, GAs, and Brokers in their assigned territories to achieve profitable new business growth objectives. Responsible for managing the sales process of Sales Executives, FMOs, GAs, Brokers. Will participate with direct prospects, and sales leads as assigned. Consistently meet or exceed department membership goals set annually. Present to and communicate with decision makers and key influencers. Oversees and conducts member education sessions as requested.Manager is responsible for Sales Executives, FMOs, GAs and Brokers activities to up-sell and cross-sell appropriate products. Oversees daily operations of each entity ensuring activities and events run smoothly. Participates in marketing campaigns and product launches; attains sale and monitor for quality assurance standard operating procedures. Manages for best in class performance.

Other

5 years of experience in sales, customer relations or related fields, preferred sales experience in health or health/life insurance industry. Certification to sell health or health/life insurance is required within 60 days of being hired.

Job Requirements:
  • Required: Sales - 5 years
  • Required: Drivers License
  • 5 years of experience in sales, customer relations or related fields, preferred sales experience in health or health/life insurance industry.
  • Certification to sell health or health/life insurance is required within 60 days of being hired.
