What you will do:
The primary responsibilities of this position are support of the Mason Street Advisor (MSA) entity, support of sub advisor manager data and reporting, and coordination of materials for the series fund board of directors.
How you will do it:
- Assists and facilitates production of sales support and informational materials for the Northwestern Mutual Series Fund, including Fact Sheets, online materials, fund prospectuses and annual/semi-annual reports
- Assists with MSA research and information services relationships
- Assists in operational implementation of new sub-advisors
- Assists in manager oversight reporting
- Leads and maintains content for series fund board website
- Works closely with the Legal department to coordinate BoardVantage materials
- Coordinates intake and distribution of manager due diligence
- Coordinates intake and distribution of 15c materials
- Coordinates quarterly reporting requests, collaborating with sub advised fund manager reporting departments
- Assists with Mason Street Advisor's 15c report
- BCP coordination for Mason Street Advisors

- Bachelor's degree and experience with paralegal or financial reporting responsibilities preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and use judgement to resolve issues
- Self-directed with the ability to navigate multiple assignments concurrently
