Job Description:

  • Lead Market Strategy efforts for CoreLogic's Property Underwriting and Risk Management products.
  • Perform in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis to understand market problems, trends, and customer needs.
  • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence by executing self-led research and working with cross-functional team of stakeholders.
  • Create product roadmaps for partner integrations and work with internal and external technical teams to execute on plans to ensure quality solutions and time to market.
  • Perform and validate market research to identify potential sources of innovative data content, technology, or analytics capabilities to inform strategic business growth plans.
  • Collaborate with legal, contract management, accounting, product and other stakeholder teams to finalize partnership agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Share information with other members of the product management and business teams to establish product requirements, influence product roadmap, strategic business direction, and priorities.
  • Work with product management, development, and science & analytics teams to develop proofs of concepts on new innovation growth initiatives.
  • Create launch plans and coordinate cross-functional activities required to bring new customer experiences to market.
  • Perform market analysis to provide input for developing product pricing and Go to Market models.
  • Develop models and prototypes to help define product features/functions, and work with development teams to define product requirements.
  • Plan and oversee tactical activities between various stakeholder groups, facilitating problem solving and communication.
  • Collaborate with sales and business leads to compile positioning information to build products from existing ideas and to help develop new ideas based on client and prospect feedback and industry knowledge.
  • Support the development of the positioning and messaging for the product and assist in developing and implementing a launch plan.
  • Perform product demos to customers. Participate in marketing, thought leadership, industry webinars, and customer care programs with respect to assigned products.
  • Develop, build, and manage responses to RFP's, creating a content library for the team.
  • May manage one or more Market Analysts.



Job Qualifications:

  • MBA or BS Degree or equivalent work/industry experience
  • 5+ years product management experience working for a software development company.
  • 5+ years Insurance industry experience required
  • Insurance Underwriting or Risk Management experience
  • Knowledge of software API Integrations and workflow integration is preferred.
  • Ability to assess product opportunities through market research, competitive analysis and client feedback to develop business plans, market sizing, pricing, costing and ROI models.
  • Strong analytical skills advanced knowledge of MS Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with product development methodology (i.eAgile, Waterfall, Extreme) preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Presentation skills to present to and persuade large and diverse audiences.
