Summary
Our team is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Product Operations to facilitate the easy communication and sharing of resources between departments. It’s an essential role to help cross-functional teams work effectively and efficiently. You are detail-minded, data-driven, and expert in communication and excited to establish and maintain close relationships with multiple functions within the company.
What you’ll be doing
- Streamline communication within the product team and with other parts of the company
- Establish standards and tools for product roadmapping and reporting
- Standardize planning and other processes
- Develop training programs internally and externally, best practices and support resources
- Directly manage a team to cover global markets and different industries and verticals
- Define vision, set team and individual goals, and own the strategy and tactics to execute
- Project manage and coordinate across multiple stakeholders in support of strategic initiatives
- Be innovative and drive new projects aligned with business priorities

The role may be hybrid in one of our offices or remote. For remote, we are looking for candidates based in the United States or Canada.
