We are currently seeking a Manager, Product Operations to join our team. We are looking to find someone who cares deeply about maintaining an awesome culture while bringing discipline, accountability, and transparency to our product development process.  Reporting to our CPO, this is an exceptional opportunity to adapt, enrich, and deploy a best-in-class operations framework to an exceptional team that is spread across North and South America. The ideal candidate has a firm grasp of product planning concepts from ideation through Agile deployment, can own the tools necessary to manage the process, and brings a collaborative positive spirit to our diverse team.

What you will do:

• Partner across Product Engineering, and UX to build a scalable collaborative framework, and drive the internal workings of the framework.
• Work closely with the CPO to ensure processes, tools, and meetings serve the greater good of the team and company.
• Provide visibility and transparency to the company on Product and Engineering priorities and progress.
• Assemble and aggregate insights across the organization that help us better understand the perspective of the customer and market needs
• Act as a thought partner for senior management on product strategy, talent, culture, and change management.  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a start-up environment
• A deep understanding of the Product Development lifecycle
• Mastery of Jira, reporting, and metrics
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and iterate on processes
• Experience as a Scrum Master is a “nice to have”
