ROLE SUMMARY

Position will assume ownership and management of product master data and work with various departments to ensure product set up is successful and is able to be utilized throughout other systems. They will work closely with our Integrations team, Logistics teams, and our technology teams to understand current and future data needs, map data flows, and drive strategic initiatives to develop data management solutions. Data management is vital to our company, as it connects production, sales, inventory, and demand planning to each individual brand and package.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

  • Ownership of master data product set up for new brands and package types throughout various systems
  • Participate in efforts to find effective ways to collect, maintain, and distribute data throughout the organization
  • Create, document, and maintain processes to ensure critical product step up master data expectations and timelines are being met
  • Work effectively across internal teams to understand the distinctive data needs and use cases from team to team
  • Collaborate across departments to document business process specifications and mappings



Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Analytics, or similar disciplines
  • 2-5 years experience
  • Sophisticated analytical skills
  • Experience with statistical analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and balance priorities
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail
