The Marketing & Advertising Platform technology group empowers Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products (DPEP) reach Consumers in more relevant ways by providing curated consumer profile data that fuels more personalized and contextually relevant experiences. You will oversee identity and profile distribution pipelines and evolve the DPEP consumer profile technology vision across identity management, Customer 360, and tagging capabilities. You will lead a team of product managers who are accountable for advising and prioritizing Agile delivery of projects, based on focus on client needs, business goals, and industry advancement.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Product Management, who oversees the consumer profile space.
Responsibilities :

  • Partner with leaders from across the company to understand their vision and goals as it relates to identity and profile distribution needs to support customer outcomes they are trying to create
  • Guide the vision for platform capabilities, demonstrating an understanding of how underlying product(s) contribute value and connect into the broader marketing and advertising technology ecosystem
  • Maintain expected standards across the team, working with engineering partners for product specifications and ensuring backlog health
  • Evaluate existing identity and digital data platform capabilities (e.g. DMP, Data Onboarding) and how these solutions will integrate with the future of data, identity, and digital media platform solutions
  • Lead a Product Management team that supports high-quality, customer-centric Identity and Data Distribution capabilities through the Agile software delivery model
  • Inform the profile data enablement strategy, adjusting and re-evaluating planned delivery commitments and priorities against the visions and roadmap, based on the value and business affect


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of product leadership experience leading complex and Agile/distributed teams focused on technology product management
  • 5 or more years of experience in Consumer Identity Recognition/Management, Data Onboarding, Tag Management Platforms, Website/App Analytics, Digital Media Technologies (DSPs, DCO, AdServing, and Social Platforms)
  • Knowledge of product management and low-code/no-code tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable
  • Knowledge of Cloud environments (Snowflake and AWS), identity onboarding technologies with (e.g., Liveramp, Neustar) and architecture technologies


Required Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or in a similar field
