About the Team
The Student team is seeking a manager to help build, grow and inspire product managers that are building the next generation of student systems. This is a hands-on role that involves collaboration with stakeholders across the company and our customers.

About the Role

Our Product Management team is growing and we are seeking a Manager, Product Management with a proven understanding of project management, product development and a passion for helping Workmates achieve their career goals.

We are looking for a strong, people-first, proactive leader capable of driving the execution of our products to create and enable a seamless Financial Aid product. You will help build and drive our product vision within this product team, leading and growing relationships with customers, and working on tools and frameworks to increase product adoption.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading teams or people leadership.
• 5+ years of related experience as a Product Manager, Field Readiness Architect or Implementation Consultant.
• 6+ years functional domain expertise

• A highly motivated, quick learner, who thrives on creatively solving tough problems in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Proven success working with product teams building user-centric products that customers love and that deliver results.
• Fast learner, detail oriented and enjoys fast-paced work environments.
• Excellent analytical, collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with clients and participating in customer-facing situations.
• Capable of influencing, interacting and collaborating across functions both internally and externally.
