Manager, Product Management - Rewards
The Capital One Rewards team continually strives to deliver innovative ways for our customers to redeem their credit card rewards. Within this customer-obsessed, get-stuff-done group, the Shop with Rewards team develops products that enable customers to use their rewards to pay for their purchases, and defray the cost of buying things (in a way, get stuff for free!)
We believe that customers should be able to use their rewards as conveniently as they would use their credit card, no matter where they shop. The team is responsible for launching and managing Shop with Rewards experience used by millions of customers at large, brand-name retailers, with more growth in the works.
We are looking for a Manager, Product Management, to join our team to lead product strategy and delivery for new Shop with Rewards partnerships - thus scaling this innovative redemption channel to millions more customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead customer research and become an expert on customer preferences related to rewards redemptions.
Drive product development and ideation with cross-functional teams (business, tech, design, operations, legal, compliance) and merchants to advance Capital One Rewards' strategic and competitive position in offering best-in-class redemption experiences.
Identify, prioritize, and launch innovative products in partnership with merchants and internal cross-functional teams.
Manage day-to-day engagement with merchant partners, as well as internal business, tech, legal and operations partners to ensure program launches and management run smoothly.
Manage product roadmap, considering business, merchant and customer needs. Develop a good grasp on engagement metrics to identify and prioritize opportunities for program growth via functionality enhancement and/or product marketing.
