As a Product Manager in Capital One’s Card Acquisitions Platform, you’ll own the technology that powers these experiences, leading the development of new frameworks, capabilities, and tools. In this role, you will:
Develop an overall vision, strategy, and agenda for your products, always working back from customer needs
Develop and lead customer research using qualitative and quantitative analysis, including: prototyping, test and learn agendas, and a focus on building MVP experiences to test hypotheses.
Partner with world-class software engineers to design, deliver, and sustain functionalities and find opportunities to deliver real-time, personalized, and contextualized experiences for our customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships and feedback loops with leaders and stakeholders who manage the business, operations, risk, and technology that depend on the capabilities and performance of our products and platforms.
Help with overall thought leadership around platform development at the intersection of design, data, and tech to deliver measurable business and customer value.
Develop, track, and refine meaningful metrics to evaluate product success.
Lead one or more high-performing Agile teams to translate product vision and business strategies into products and features that delight our customers and position our company for substantial growth.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 year of product management experience or at least 3 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA or Master’s degree
2+ years of experience in Agile product management
