Product Implementation brings thoughtfully designed, innovative applications to life for users across the organization. A leader on this team will partner with product and business leadership (both at the central and market levels) to align the product strategy with business execution – serving as a voice for the business in roadmap prioritization, driving go-to-market strategy, and developing a support framework.

How you can make a difference:

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Operations, Analytics, and Technology Enablement to develop data-driven strategy and enable streamlined cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Product and operational owners to bring new products and features to market by supporting go-to-market planning and execution.
• Define product go-live support standard operating procedures, in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Partner with Analytics to ensure products and features are designed with data and reporting needs in mind.
• Gather feedback from users and partner with Product to synthesize into feature requirements to further business objectives and improve adoption and effectiveness of products.
• Foster communication within technology and the business around our growing product suite, including support mechanisms, enhancement requests, implementation road maps, etc.

• You are solution-oriented and have a passion for being hands-on in problem-solving and execution.
• You are self-starting and maintain a high sense of urgency and accountability in delivering measurable results in line with agreed upon timeframes.
  

Experience to drive change:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in product, consulting, or similar, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
• Experience in Salesforce development and configuration is a plus.
• Experience in leveraging software to support clinical workflows is a plus.
• Bias for action and a player-coach mentality in delivering business results.
• Flexible to meet the needs of the business and not afraid to roll-up sleeves to get things done.
• Strong organizational skills. An ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and prioritize requests from a variety of competing stakeholders.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills. Comfortable speaking to a variety of internal and external audiences.
• Comfortable driving change and managing to consensus in a matrixed organization.

For Colorado Residents only: The base compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000. At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. This role may be eligible for annual/quarterly bonus incentives (if applicable), and the selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
