As a Manager II, Product Management, you will make an impact by:

  • Defining and managing strategy and business needs for tech platforms and products by identifying business requirements and priorities.
  • Coordinating, completing, and overseeing product initiatives by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, (for example, Business leads, User Experience, Engineering, Analytics).
  • Understanding user needs, analyzing implementation options, and impacts, and communicating technical user stories to the team.
  • Developing and enhancing moderately complex products by:
    • Turning business requests into actionable priorities and initiatives
    • Gathering and documenting requirements
    • Refining and grooming product backlog
    • Managing execution and stakeholder approvals
    • Oversee rollout of product features with communication, training, and documentation
  • Creating training materials and leading training with the various business teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication with an ability to problem solve
  • 2-3 years' experience with operations and technology
  • 2-3 years' experience with agile methodology and ceremonies
  • 2-3 years' experience in writing requirements
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce and Appian platforms is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and positive attitude
  • Project management with cross-functional teams including tech and operations
