Overview

As a Manager of Digital Product Management you will join a team transforming health care and health services for over 170M people worldwide. Our product team is constantly innovating and expanding into new verticals and capabilities in addition to building and maintaining some of the best-in-class healthcare brands and products in market. We are constantly looking for great talent and hiring only the best of the best. As a Manager you will act as an individual contributor within the product organization. You have been part of the team that has taken a new product from inception to launch and may have even led new features and smaller product rollouts yourself. Unlike other roles listed on our site that are for a very specific position, this is posting is an open call for Manager of Digital Product Management. Duties and Responsibilities

• Digital Product managers at Evernorth drive product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for our clients, patients and practitioners
• As a Manager of Product Management you are accountability for developing the roadmap for your product and shipping!
• You'll work directly with Engineering, Design, User Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great product
• Evangelize the product management job family internally and externally
• You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and actively work to improve the people, product, and process on your team and beyond
• Define and deliver compelling product roadmaps based on customer needs and strategic opportunities
• Build alignment within your cross-functional team through clear communication and strategic influence

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience shipping a few products and/or features in your career
• Demonstrated results in being able to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into both a short-term and long-term strategic plan
• Strong understanding of product discovery and delivery with experience participating in sprints focused on both
• Familiarity with design thinking and lean start-up methodologies
• Strong analytical mindset
• Strategically minded with the ability to connect dots and translate them into a cohesive roadmap
• Experience in healthcare or a related space preferred

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,000 - 160,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
