Please review the following job description:

This Senior Product Strategy Manager will be focused on the LightStream lending product. The role will have two overall responsibilities. One is to own the vision, development and management of the product throughout the full product lifecycle. The second is to define, execute and deliver the product agile team roadmap and prioritize those epics and features. This includes partnering with the other Product Managers and conducting feature refinements across the LightStream organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and maintain the product business case and value proposition in collaboration with key partners in Finance, Technology, Operations and Marketing.
2. Own the LightStream Product roadmap, pricing, and product level requirements.
3. Create and drive the long-term strategy, vision and roadmap with high degree of ownership over critical features and the end-to-end customer experience through product innovation.
4. Responsible for defining the requirements for each feature and the desired user experience.
5. Manage the product backlog and work closely with the Director of Product Strategy, other Product Managers and Product Owners to deliver product features in new and existing technology.
6. Ensure product experience is optimized through all channels.
7. Serve as the voice of the client by working with internal and external stakeholders to analyze customer needs and align the product roadmap to strategic goals.
8. Integrate overall business strategy, product line plans and strategy, competitive analysis and customer needs into an effective product strategy and position in the marketplace.
9. Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out product enhancements that deliver the company's vision and strategy.
10. Bridge technical and business worlds by engaging with matrixed teams including IT, Design, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Governance, Legal and Compliance, and drive internal stakeholder and partner engagements necessary for various product enhancements.
11. Lead the development of engaging digital product enhancements that leverage both internal Truist capabilities and FinTech partnerships to accelerate delivery.
12. Work across teams to identify needs for external services and ensure execution of third party relationships.
13. Design new client onboarding and engagement tactics across channels to optimize early month on book engagement (months 0-6) to deepen relationship and minimize attrition.
14. Partner closely with Marketing to co-own annual acquisition and onboarding plans, analyze results and identify opportunities to optimize growth.
15. Assess competitive landscape, industry trends and market demand as it relates to new products and services, including driving research needs.
16. Serve as the local expert and main point of contact for the LightStream product for internal and external stakeholders, providing product and market insights and creating/presenting educational materials.
17. Identify and implement experience improvements to champion operational excellence, client satisfaction, and employee satisfaction with account origination and onboarding processes.
18. Adhere to product policies and regulations to ensure all legal, compliance and audit standards are fully met.
19. Provide product inputs to executive committee decks, program management updates, advisory council meetings and weekly status updates.
20. Own the Business Review and Product Touchpoints.
21. Responsible and accountable for creating and assigning product level key performance indicators (KPIs).

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. Agile process, principle knowledge is a must
3. 10+ years' experience in finance, product management, technology and/or consulting
4. Analytic, statistics and/or quantitative experience
5. Ability to balance strategy, execution and operational requirements
6. Strong technical, UX, and creative problem-solving skill

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working with Agile delivery
2. Experience working in consumer lending or product management
