Leader, Product Manager- Meraki Wireless
The Cisco Meraki team is seeking a creative Leader of Product Managers to lead the product management team and its activities, for our industry-leading cloud-managed wireless business. In this role, you will be driving a wide number of critical initiatives including but not limited to: (a) evolving a winning product line strategy, (b) building sustainable hardware and software differentiation, and (c) ideating and completing a strategy to develop adjacent product lines to create the next big disruption.
You will actively contribute to building our vision for #simplicity while bringing together Wireless, IoT, AI and intelligent API ecosystems. You will be instrumental in the expansion of our cloud-managed wireless capabilities through collaboration with the various product teams for the extended Meraki portfolio ( MS, MX, MV, MT, MI, Dashboard).

You will collaborate with forward-thinking engineers and excited customers and partners to help ensure that we continue to have the best wireless product portfolio in the industry in addition to the Meraki #fullstack. You will work closely with the executive team to establish a winning strategy, and collaborate with our exceptional sales, marketing, and partners to ensure continued market-adoption and rapid growth.
You will develop a center of excellence, deliver high-impact presentations, and have a real passion for evangelizing simplicity through cloud-first networking technology.

Responsibilities
- Take ultimate responsibility for everything Wireless (MR) - long term vision, product strategy, roadmap, GTM, Pricing and execution
- Attract, build, and run a diverse team of dedicated PMs and TMEs; develop strong partnerships with engineering teams
- Work with our talented engineering teams on the direction of our Wi-Fi architecture to best handle the scale, performance, and reliability that our customers demand
- Discover and prioritize customer use cases and requirements to expand our products to new markets, while always focusing on differentiating value for customers
- Assist, train and enable our fast-growing sales and marketing team, with a keen eye on GTM strategies
- Develop and cultivate strategic alliances with MR’s technology partners and adjacent Cisco products.
What we are looking for
- A leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong desire to inspire, grow and motivate a diverse team, and a solid focus on collaboration and partnerships
- A manager who cares deeply about the individuals under their care
- Someone with a curious nature and a love of networking and ground-breaking technologies
- 5+ years proven experience in a Product Management role
- 10+ years of experience in wireless technologies and/or software development
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience building a team, holding decisions on recruiting and org design
- Experience working cross-functionally on large projects with multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate and pitch a compelling vision
- Entrepreneurial attitude, "Can do" demeanor, and the ability to make an impact
- BS, MS in Computer Sciences, MBA preferred
