Join us as a Senior Product Manager - Digital Health Platform, where you will lead a product team through the entire product development lifecycle (from discovery to delivery), drive strategic initiatives that impact lines of business across the enterprise, and build an environment conducive to forming a high performing team. You will help build platform capabilities that unify products and ensure faster iteration for our teams, to bring digital experiences that improve health outcomes for consumers/members at a scale few other companies can match. As part of the Platform Product Team, you will report to the Director of Product and work with an array of internal partners and external partners, garnering their perspectives throughout your roadmap creation and evolution, but also bring them along to your product vision using data, insights, and aligning to our goals.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guide a roadmap through the product life cycle of strategy, OKR alignment, definition/requirements, delivery, and go-to-market
  • Work across teams (e.g. engineering, product, sales, marketing, security, and legal) and build partnerships to solve myriad complex problems in creative, thoughtful, and scalable ways
  • Oversee the development of your set of product features and determine which investments are most impactful to the business and why
  • Use data to support hypotheses and conclusions, for developing business cases and roadmap priorities, and to inform the success of your products
  • Contribute to a product culture of consumer and industry research, development, and rapid test and learn

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on product management experience
  • Experience working with engineers and designers to create great user experiences
  • Technology experience: you don't need to code or draw an architecture diagram from scratch but you do need to know and be able to explain how your product works from a technology lens


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Scrum and agile software development process
  • Familiarity pulling and analyzing large sets of data to craft strategy and guide product roadmap creation
  • Healthcare background
  • Ability to discuss technical concepts, articulate tradeoffs, and propose new concepts to your squad and partners
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, which allow you to explain decisions based on new information, insights, and the point of view of various audiences

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
