We are looking for entrepreneurial Product Managers who value moving quickly, and can help build innovative products in our category. As Lead Product Manager you will lead Found’s core mobile experiences, thinking about our members’ problems and delivering 0 to 1 solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, behavioral scientists, medical providers and health coaches to build products.

What You'll Do:

• Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
• Be the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
• Ability to incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintain team health.
• Understand Found’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
• Help turbocharge a rigorous data culture using quantitative and qualitative measures that tie to company objectives.
• A knack for system thinking and an understanding in how to build platform products that empower others to build amazing experiences.

What You Have:

• Product experience: 6+ years of PM experience.
• You’re a creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, analytics, marketing, design and sales.
• You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration.
• Leadership: You’ve mentored product managers, engineers, and designers in how to work together to build great products.
• Mobile expertise: You’ve overseen or built mobile experiences from scratch and know the ins and outs of building world-class products on iOS and Android.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact.
• Analytical horsepower: Demonstrated aptitude for digging deep into the data, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results.
• Team-first: You bring a team-first mentality and a knack for working well with a wide range of people.
• Crisp communicator: High attention to detail including precise and effective communications, including with external customers/partners.
• Results-oriented: You enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects.
