SUMMARY:

The LEAD PRODUCT MANAGER will combine technology and design to solve real customer problems in way that meets the needs of the business. You will work with your key stakeholders and partners to build the right things for our customers that deliver value to our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Value – ensuring solutions are distinctly valuable to our customers
  • Viability – ensuring solutions are viable for various aspects of our business
  • Stakeholder management – experienced in building and managing stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change
  • Experienced level knowledge in the development and use of product data to inform product decisions – both quantitative and qualitative
  • Deep understanding of customers/users problems, how they think and operate and the platforms/technology they use
  • Deep understanding of the business domain, stakeholders, business processes and constraints in which your product(s) play
  • Experienced in making priority decisions based on measurable value, given the usability, feasibility and viability
  • Understand and communicate organization objectives, strategies and solution needs to the team to facilitate results (where collaborative/as colleague)
  • Lead the development, championing and evangelizing of a product vision, strategy and roadmap for the product(s) you own, based on the needs of the business
  • Lead product discovery sessions with key stakeholders
  • Lead requirements gathering and management and prioritization of the backlog
  • Lead product discovery sessions with key stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

 Experience managing cross-functional software development teams in an agile environment

  • Experience managing business priorities against design/user needs while delivering against product roadmaps
  • Experience managing end-to-end software product development and releases
  • Experience in the digital media industry space is strongly preferred
  • Stakeholder management skills – experienced in building and managing stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change
  • Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate between business and technical
  • Technical acumen
  • 4-6 years relevant experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
