These positions will focus on supporting the Enterprise Engineering Domain and managing our Domain & Segment Architecture Product in partnership with IT and the Engineering business.A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will work with stakeholders across the Engineering Domain, including Enterprise, Segment, Solution and other Domain Architects, Enterprise Architecture, Business Programs, Engineering, IT Implementation Teams, and Vendors to continuously evolve our architecture product.Position Responsibilities: - Performs activities to identify and pursue market opportunities for Information Technology products- Leads customer engagements and analyzes customer, competitor and market data to develop IT product strategy, concepts and capabilities- Develops business case and product plans- Oversees creation of business and functional requirements and product roadmaps- Works with other IT professionals to ensure requirements are met- Obtains funding and approval to develop products- Develops plans for entry of IT products in external market- Supports product demonstrations, value propositions and represents/promotes IT products internally and externally- Adjusts product capabilities and strategy to meet financial targets- Supports the breadth of Engineering domain architecture as Senior Product Manager of Engineering Architecture, including coordination across:

  • Engineering Segments
  • Lean Portfolio Management & Solution Management
  • Integrations & Data Architecture
  • Enterprise Architecture & Digital Enterprise
  • Commercial, Defense, Services and Enterprise Engineering user communities

- Works with the breadth of Engineering stakeholders to ensure our Architecture Product is addressing their needs and establishing technical direction for the Engineering domain's Digital Enterprise solution, while also addressing legacy capability delivery and strategic go-forward platform integrations- Partners with the business and our vendor to ensure the Architecture fits both user needs and is conveyed clearly to for solution development and delivery- Coordinates across segments to also ensure collaborative thinking takes place to bring about a more robust end solutionThis position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in {Kent, WA}.   • Minimum 5 years experience developing and communicating product vision; capturing and modeling end-user and stakeholder needs (functional & non-functional) to lead backlog refinement and product development
  • Minimum 5 years experience building relationships with stakeholders
  • Minimum 3 years experience leading teams in the values, principles and practices of Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in the Digital Enterprise Engineering space, with exposure to the various Engineering segments i.e. Model Based Engineering
  • Exposure to and familiarity with Software Architecture
  • Experience in a customer facing environment and have been directly involved in gathering requirements

Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
