The Lead Game Product Manager works directly with studio and product leadership to translate strategic directives into goals and key results. Through ongoing partnership with the design and production teams and analytics the Lead Product Manager builds a culture of iterative, lean development that prioritizes accruing product and player insight, synthesizes insights into an understanding of the product and player, and uses this understanding to prioritize projects to exceed objectives.

  • Translate strategic directives into objectives and key results. Monitor and lead strategy around achieving results through the definition of associated KPIs.
  • Partner with production and design teams to conceptualize and implement engaging features, mechanics, systems and modalities of play that fulfill goals.
  • Research, design, and refine economic models that provide choice, value, fairness and fun to players.
  • Analyze data, turn data into insights about in-game economy and player behavior, and work with a team of business, product, and marketing owners to translate decisions into product features and marketing tactics.
  • Implement optimizations to player experience and core financial performance.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities that provide value to players and align with our goals.
  • Partner with analytics to establish experimentation roadmap, applying A/B testing and machine learning to achieve goals and produce product and player insight. Translate outcomes into applicable recommendations
