Job Description

Aetna Health Digital aims to transform health and wellness via products that enable consumer engagement and a best-in-class experience. This team is responsible for Aetna's digital strategy and all digital products; as well as the development road map and execution
of the roadmap. A key part of this team is to build an integrated platform and underlying products to drive engagement and revolutionize health and wellness.
Aetna is taking on a major initiative to redesign and rebuild many of its customer facing digital assets. This effort will include a completely new approach to developing software within Aetna, using the latest design approaches, technologies, and processes.
As the Director of Product Manager managing a team of Product Manager and Product owners, and working with engineering teams, you will help manage and grow our digital platform and ecosystem.
*Partner with other product leads, development managers and leadership to mature the offering and ensure it exceeds the expectations of our customers and users.
*Grow your skill set and knowledge base by working alongside talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds.
*Be the voice & champion of the consumer by driving the growth of the digital platform in a methodical orderly way.
*Help drive the team to success by working across groups to drive discussion & engagement, create & track user stories in an agile software development life cycle.
*Investigate ways, partnerships, technologies to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
*Ensure internal product stakeholders needs /expectations are met and promote transparency by helping communicate through SAFe/SCRUM practice.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Digital Product Management, Digital Product Owner experience.
8+ years of managing digital product initiatives.
8+ years of product development life cycle: requirements, road mapping, portfolio management, planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams and product release.
3+ years of Healthcare experience particularly in Health Provider Services, Cost Translator, and Search / Transparency.
2+ years of experience developing and allocating work for a team of staff members.
2+ years of Performance Management and Leadership experience.
3+ years of Agile experience.
Able to travel up to 10% for PI Planning Meetings

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience managing significant digital product initiatives.
-Strong product management skills, strong technical knowledge of products and systems.
-Demonstrated ability to work closely on technical solutions for services across architecture, design, and engineering.
-Ability to break down technical problems into business and user needs and communicate the problems and solutions across varying levels of stakeholder, technical to executive.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
