The Information Technology team at our Company's Animal Health (AH) division is looking for a Technical Product Owner for the Marketing Automation space. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Marketing Automation solutions using Salesforce Technology. You will partner with the business Product Owner and or Stakeholders to implement the solution that will best serve the markets while ensuring a scalable and sustainable environment. You will collaborate with other related domain experts whilst retaining the accountability for the solution.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Implement configuration changes to Marketing Cloud environment.
• Develop journeys based on campaign planning artifacts.
• Works closely with senior advisor to create training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Collaborate with local/global Marketing team developers on implementation particulars / standards / best practices.
• Experience working on a global project with team members across many time zones.
• Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources as well as to collaborate with cross-function project teams to provision estimates, develop overall implementation solution plan.
• Work with suppliers and business partners to understand the technical merits and short and long-term strategic fit of potential products and services aligned with the IB's technical strategy.
• Oversee aspects of project life cycle from initial kick-off through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for projects.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's preferred or relevant years of working exp.
Minimum Requirements:
1+ years of working exp in the marketing cloud space.
1+ years for hands on working experience developing and deploying Salesforce solutions.
1+ years of working experience with SQL.
Minimum 4 years of overall IT experience.
Preferred:
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certified.
Experience in Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
A deep, broad technical background in IT architecture.
Experience working in Veeva or Force.com environment.
