The Lead Technology Product Manager determines the multi-year product strategy, scope and vision of an assigned IT product. As a subject matter expert in Technology Product Management, this job manages large projects for the organization and leads delivery teams toward a defined viable product utilized by multiple stakeholders in the business. As a part of overseeing IT products, this job reviews and considers enhancement requests, analyzes market trends and monitors product design effectiveness to ensure the product is meeting or exceeding the organization's performance standards.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversees technical products, performance measurement and analysis, leading to process redesign and performance improvements that promote efficiency and high performance standards.
  • Manages, motivates and develops project and matrixed team members to ensure projects are completed with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Reviews enhancement requests and makes decisions that balance business needs, customer requests, resources and budget.
  • Prepares and manages research and development for the budget and obtains funding for special projects.
  • Researches and analyzes market conditions and identifies key trends and opportunities for product innovation/enhancements.
  • Monitors design effectiveness, costs, reliability, safety and security.
  • Evaluates and responds to market needs and demands through modification and the upgrading of technology products.
  • Prepares product documents and supports sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise.

Looking for an experienced, outcome-driven Product Manager to run our Internal B2B infrastructure services provisioning platform , built upon Service-Now platform. Will be responsible for the Product strategy and execution as well as maintaining the roadmaps and managing the day to day development of the platform as well as all documentation of current and future features.

You will be actively working with Application-Dev team of Service-Now & CMDB, providing them requirements, tracking the progress, and operationalizing the constructs or entities. Same time you will be working with various internal stake holders, product owners and consumers of the Market-Place platform.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage all aspects of Marketplace product, including customer feedback, requirements, day to day managements and issue tracking and resolution
  • Define the product vision, product roadmap, and product strategy
  • Engage with multiple stakeholder groups to understand the demand, establishing road map and key milestones.
  • Partner extensively with engineering teams and any other internal team involved, to deliver product roadmap and drive feature implementation.
  • Translate product vision and roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and user acceptance test criteria
  • Build strong relationships with various internal teams, leadership, and app dev stakeholders
  • Partner with various stakeholders to better understand their problems/challenges and work together to deliver required solutions
  • Build consensus among various stakeholder on product vision and various elements.
  • Drive action throughout the organization to get marketplace product to consumers
  • Communicate issues and status reports to leadership and/or stakeholders; works to establish consensus and resolve issues
  • Perform product demos to customers and develop trust and relationships
  • Conduct product training to help customers understand and implement the product
  • Expand and efficiently manage the Infrastructure services through platform.



Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven ability in a product management role, with a focus on building technology products in the fast paced, high fluid environments.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting and delivering technology products in a B2B business model
  • Experience building technical feature requirements and analysis
  • Experience working with product teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer focused products with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms and technologies
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
  • Superior organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
  • Experience establishing work relationships across various stakeholders



Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or related experience.
  • SAFe Product Manager certification
  • Experience with the "Service Now" platform
  • Knowledge of SQL, query databases queries - work with CMDB and data repositories
  • Tableau or another standard reporting system - design and managing the reports and visualization
  • Graphic Design experience (Illustrator/Photoshop)
  • Software Development skillset (and managing the application developers)



Potential Salary: $145,800.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
