Job Description

Your Career

We are looking for a dynamic ServiceNow Product Manager to join our IT department. This role will be responsible for working with business and technology stakeholders and product teams to develop and convey ServiceNow vision; define backlog; and deliver and sustain the end-to-end employee experience. The ServiceNow Product Manager must also be able to partner effectively with a wide range of teams, including business leaders, delivery teams and external partners, driving business success. Partners with IT leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and to identify and prioritize enhancements based on predefined criteria (return on investment, productivity, compliance). Ensures timely escalation and management of technical and service shortfalls to relevant technical support teams for resolution and for future prevention.We are looking for a dynamic ServiceNow Product Manager to join our IT department.

Your Impact

  • Be accountable for generating and prioritizing the product backlog and actionable user stories for ServiceNow
  • Oversee the ServiceNow Platform and provides subject matter expertise for business processes supported on ServiceNow 
  • Take accountability for designs, specs, implementation, and program management for all projects in ServiceNow
  • Partner with cross-functional business units to understand gaps in technology and process, leading partners to best practices and limited customizations on the platform

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 3+ years of experience ServiceNow Platform
  • Strong leadership and influence skills
  • Ability to present to all levels of management & executive leadership
  • Excellent teamwork, facilitation, relationship building, and negotiation skills
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Developer is a nice to have 
  • Experience in overall ServiceNow Platform, including ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or a related technical discipline is preferred

Disclosure required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum compensation (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) for this role to be located in the state of Colorado. If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $106,600/yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
