Your role

We are looking for an Operations Product Lead to:

• build trusted partnerships for existing clients and internal business partners• support 3rd party investment managers in day-to-day use of our portfolio management platform - VestmarkOne - including trade generation, account reconciliation, system navigation, and model management for SMA and UMA account types• act as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development team• analyze and implement ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls, and increase customer satisfaction• drive the organization forward by working with purpose and passion.

Our team is responsible for delivering high quality software that runs every day without fail, self-identifies any faults and accounts for them through rigorous error-handling.

We support every aspect of development including architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support. As a member of our team, you will be involved in every aspect of the development life-cycle.

In addition to delivering projects, we firmly believe in continuous process improvement and spend a lot of time focusing on area to make us more effective internally, joining internal UBS hackathons as well as prioritizing tasks or tools which will benefit our work stream.

Your expertise

• bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business related fields• ideally 5+ years of experience in the financial/banking industry• experience in vendor management including onboarding and training for 3rd party investment managers• exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail• ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • ability to work effectively across diverse Lines of Businesses • empowered to make decisions and create change• motivated to process redesign and implementation• strategic thinker with strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy• able to think out of the box and is easily adaptable to change• collaborative mind-set with the ability to bring teams to work together towards a common goal• good understanding of operational processes• strong organization, project management skills with the emphasis on timely delivery and stakeholder management• strong team leadership skills
