Description and Requirements
The Industry Solutions Product Manager will be fully engaged to support our Sales Team and accelerate the financial growth of Industry & Outcome Based Solutions. They will work with field and internal sales teams, product teams and marketing to increase Solutions sales opportunities, thereby maximizing revenue and profit for the organization. This candidate will enable our sellers with the information, programs, tools, and skills they need to achieve quarterly and annual financial goals. They will need to establish themselves as Solutions subject matter experts/trusted advisors. Strategic planning is a key part of this role. This candidate will be responsible for identifying changes in the market and then developing strategies to ensure a continued growth trajectory. This could include and is not limited to new portfolio recommendations, pricing strategies, programs and education/training tactics.
Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content that drives brand awareness, consideration and leads around Industry & Outcome Based Solutions
  • Successfully drive the strategy and execution across various marketing channels to both end-user customers and for/with our channel partners
  • Gain insights through internal and external efforts to fine tune the value proposition, positioning and competitive assessments required to drive success
  • Develop creative new approaches to reaching audiences and prompting them to take action
  • Manage multiple programs at the same time with an assertive "drive for results" attitude
  • Effectively build credibility and mindshare with the sales teams
  • Assist with sales enablement including part number creation, order management and pricing as needed


Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years + product marketing or product management experience for technical products


Preferred Requirements:

  • Solutions, services and/or software experience highly preferred
  • Sales experience beneficial
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Exceptional creative and strategic thinking, customer orientation, open & effective communication
  • External partner relationship experience preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to lead complex projects
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven with strong time management skills
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and analytical skills
