In Schwab Cybersecurity Services (SCS), Office of CISO, we provide platforms, services, and security operations capabilities which enable the firm to produce successful client and shareholder outcomes securely and safely. Identity and Access Management has an opening for a IAM Product Owner and Engineering Sr. Manager, to provide technical guidance and team leading in the Business Analyst and engineers in the area areas of Provisioning/De-provisioning, Role engineering, Directory, Highly Privileged Accounts, Analytics, and certifications. The individual will ensure adherence to policy and facilitate, Product life Cycle management, enhancement backlog management, work with various different stakeholders, implementation of leading-edge technology to position the organization for success - improving efficiency, increasing security posture, and supporting growth of the firm's Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program.

  • Lead the team of Business Analyst and IAM engineers to execute IAM Product owner domain in agile sprints
  • Provide technical/non-technical direction, and coaching to the team to execute IAM stories
  • Create an environment whereby the team is motivated, self-organizing and self-sufficient.
  • Organize, facilitate and contribute to effective Scrum meetings: backlog grooming, Sprint planning, daily Scrum, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospective.
  • Encourage their teams to routinely inspect and adapt.
  • Identify and facilitate the removal of team impediments and escalate as appropriate.
  • Work with capacity of Product Owners to develop, manage, and continuously groom the team's product backlog.
  • In partnership with the Product Manager, Scrum Master, Project manager and communicate to stakeholders' information such as team velocity, Sprint/release progress, impediments, team successes, etc.
  • In coordination with Project Managers, facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration when projects require it.
  • Assist Product Owners and Project Managers with planning and grooming activities.

  • Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple deliverables with minimal direction, instinct and drive to collaborate, seek knowledge and drive outcomes.
  • 5+ years IAM product management/engineering experience, including Identity, Access, SSO, MFA, PAM etc
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Product management experience in financial services, cybersecurity experience and / or exposure within the cybersecurity environment is a plus
