Head of Rewards (My Rewards) is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the GoodRx MyRewards program. At GoodRx we believe everyone deserves affordable and convenient healthcare. Our Rewards program will help consumers unlock unique savings opportunities and improve medication adherence. The VP will partner closely with leaders in Marketing, Product, Finance, and Partnerships to bring unique savings to all GoodRx consumers.
Role:
- This role will be responsible for creating, communicating, and executing the vision of a consumer loyalty program called MyRewards.
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to develop a best-in-class rewards program that advances key business objectives in customer acquisition, retention, and consumer savings.
- Develop and execute strategies that extend customer lifetime value, enhance the consumer experience, and provide significant value to both consumers and business partners.
- Leverage consumer data to segment audiences and generate high quality, targeted campaigns.
- Serve as an expert on consumer loyalty programs, and lead both Product features and Marketing campaigns
- Build and manage relationships with key vendors supporting the MyRewards program
- Lead the development of new data, system, and tools that support the program
- Ensure the program enhances GoodRx’s core values and positioning in the market
Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of overall experience in consumer technology, marketing, or product
- 5 years of experience in consumer finance or loyalty programs
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, and training high performing teams
- Experience creating, implementing, or managing consumer loyalty programs
- Strong understanding and familiarity with marketing platforms, attribution methodologies, and data software and services
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization
- Ability to manage and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships across multiple teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, BI, etc.) and an ability to coordinate timely feedback and approvals
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics skills with a strong understanding of consumer loyalty programs
