This position is located in San Francisco, CA and reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

What you’ll do

• Set the product vision and strategy to grow and scale existing services while launching new services for Lemonaid Health, bringing others along and building alignment to lead transformational change
• Take ownership, responsibility and leadership of our excellent group of growing product management and design teams
• Create and drive product roadmaps with divergent priorities; balancing short­ and long­-term goals and investments to scale rapidly
• Drive the product lifecycle from vision and planning through to product delivery, collaborating across the executive team and senior engineering, marketing, clinical and operations leadership.
• Develop the vision for our products, working with the executive team and senior product & engineering leadership to help define product, design & brand strategy.
• Work collaboratively across the company to ensure the voice of our patients and medical team are heard and reflected in our service
• Be a wiz at creating and maintaining an amazing experience for our patients and our medical team
• Be fully aware of, and engaged in, the current trends in online healthcare and determine where those trends will go next
• Use key data metrics to derive insights and influence product decisions
• Design and execute product tests and use the results to rapidly iterate on product ideas 

What you'll bring

• 10+ years of direct to consumer product experience working with consumer-based products with a focus on a top-quality consumer experience
• Be willing and able to roll up your sleeves and be a player/coach as the team grows - this is a hands-on and high impact role.
• Experience building and managing a productive and collaborative team
• Empowers patients, providers, and business partners by implementing a constant feedback framework to power new product initiatives
• Excellent product judgment: ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and drive detailed trade-offs over the product life cycle
• Experience in making smart decisions that balance speed to market with product excellence
• Communicate professionally, tactfully, and kindly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
