As the Head of Product for Confluence, you will drive the product strategy for Confluence. This will include having a deep understanding of its diverse customers and their needs, including our invaluable Atlassian Marketplace Partners and Atlassian ecosystem, analyzing market trends and business opportunities, to build a compelling product vision. Underneath the covers, you will find the Confluence team - that defines and delivers enterprise alignment for the world’s leading organizations. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and product marketing to realize the vision and deliver engaging experiences for every team. In addition, you will lead and grow a team of exceptional Product Managers to drive our product at Atlassian.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • 10+ years of product management experience leading teams across multiple product groups with a passion for seeing them grow
  • An obsession for customers, Marketplace Partners and ecosystem, and ability to work directly with design and engineering to ship delightful experiences and products
  • The ability to prioritize among opportunities, balance the needs of our customers with those of our business, and clearly communicate the rationale behind your decisions
  • The ability to paint a compelling vision to inspire your teams and senior stakeholders
  • Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking.
  • You’re comfortable defining and tracking key business and usage success metrics.
  • A track record of building relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organization
  • A strong technical background Experience with product management for a platform or system supporting several products
  • Experience leading global Product teams
