As the Head of Product for Confluence, you will drive the product strategy for Confluence. This will include having a deep understanding of its diverse customers and their needs, including our invaluable Atlassian Marketplace Partners and Atlassian ecosystem, analyzing market trends and business opportunities, to build a compelling product vision. In addition, you will lead and grow a team of exceptional Product Managers to drive our product at Atlassian.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• 10+ years of product management experience leading teams across multiple product groups with a passion for seeing them grow
• An obsession for customers, Marketplace Partners and ecosystem, and ability to work directly with design and engineering to ship delightful experiences and products
• The ability to prioritize among opportunities, balance the needs of our customers with those of our business, and clearly communicate the rationale behind your decisions
• The ability to paint a compelling vision to inspire your teams and senior stakeholders
• Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking.
• You’re comfortable defining and tracking key business and usage success metrics.
• A track record of building relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organization
• A strong technical background Experience with product management for a platform or system supporting several products
• Experience leading global Product teams
