Head of CCaaS Product Management

Please note this role can be based in the UK or US (ideally East Coast)

Vonage is seeking to recruit a Product Leader to manage the Vonage Contact Center (VCC) product line and own every aspect of the business goals.

What you will do:

  • Shape the Contact Center product strategy and ship the roadmap
  • Manage a team of product managers while owning one of the company's most important product pillars
  • Understand our customer's strategic priorities, challenges, and internal roadmaps; regularly communicate insights and strategic recommendations
  • Track, analyze, influence, and communicate key metrics to support ongoing business management and identify new opportunities to fill product gaps or create net new business opportunities that deliver value to Vonage users.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, Product Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities
  • Design and implement strategies and processes that will enable us to scale VCC
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Vonage’s partners (e.g Salesforce, ISVs, etc)

What you will bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, or a similar at a high-growth technology company
  • 5+ years of experience hiring and managing a growing team across multiple levels and skillsets
  • Technical acumen, especially an ability to understand product strategy and use this understanding to define requirements for scaling products and operations.
  • Experience defining and executing product strategies to build innovative product experiences
  • A track record of managing high-impact products with significant internal and external dependencies
  • Strong commercial and product instincts and the ability to prioritize and guide cross-functional teams through competing demands and to address complex problems
  • Can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, in both verbal and written form, and ability to influence stakeholders across a wide variety of functions
  • Humility and leads by example, setting the right context and helping teammates do their best work
