The Growth Technology Manager is key to driving Credit Karma’s paid marketing machine. Your role is to help establish, optimize, and enable complex marketing initiatives through expert support of our paid channel marketing campaigns. We need someone that has hands-on experience working with marketing campaigns on paid channels and is well-versed in the technical and operational components of attribution, tracking, and optimization.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the operational expert for tracking, troubleshooting, and optimization of marketing campaigns on paid marketing channels (Facebook, TikTok, Google).
  • Develop ad operations practices and processes for a budding function under the Growth Tech Operations Team
  • Help enable proper attribution for paid marketing campaigns, as well as shepherd issue resolution for attribution friction
  • Provide supplementary support for marketing campaign builds and strategy
  • Partner with marketing leaders and growth technology to contribute to and advocate for strategy and direction as well as process/practice improvements
  • Partner with marketing managers to execute omni channel campaigns using a state of the art proprietary marketing automation platform
  • Utilize your analytical and technical skills to analyze campaign performance and targeting strategies
  • Help pioneer process development for operational support in marketing channels
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, Copy, Design and Brand to bring our campaigns to life
  • Ensure the experience we create for our members are of the highest quality

Minimum Basic Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a quantitative field
  • Strong understanding and experience with paid marketing platforms, channels, applications for data (Google, GAM, DFP, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Experience with utilizing marketing automation platforms to execute growth marketing strategies
  • Strong experience with marketing KPIs and analytics
  • Track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Advanced analytics skills - extract and clean data, conduct sanity checks, consistently produce error-free analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity/experience with SQL (BigQuery)
  • Expert experience with marketing campaign optimization, publishing, and management
  • Demonstrates strong ownership with well-developed problems solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work with a diverse group of cross functional stakeholders
  • Hands-on, high capacity doer, multi-tasker
  • Experience with marketing KPIs, campaign executions, optimizations and sharing results and learnings with stakeholders
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (such as Salesforce Email Studio, Eloqua, Responsys, etc) is a strong plus 
  • Experience with cloud based BI tools (looker experience is a plus)
