Role Overview

Join our community! We’re looking for a Group Product Manager who is excited about the opportunity to build 0 → 1 products and scale the offering to new revenue streams for the supply-side of the marketplace. You’ll enjoy this role if you’re excited about solving complex challenges and innovating in an industry that affects everyone in profound ways.

What You'll Do

  • Answering questions like how do we find new ways of acquiring homes onto the Bungalow platform? How do we offer new ways of investing in real estate? How can Bungalow contribute to the long-term success of real estate investors?
  • Work in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Sales to ensure all stakeholders are on vision, flying in formation, and helping to grow the supply side of the business
  • Building consensus around the product roadmap through deep user and competitive research
  • Communicating the vision across the organization in an inspirational and understandable way
  • Creating and launching industry-changing products and platforms that make Bungalow the preferred place for real estate investors to navigate this complex journey without friction

Who You Are

  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling multi-sided marketplace products with a key focus on demand-supply growth, revenue expansion, customer experience
  • Proven track record of entering a new space and building expertise rapidly
  • You are comfortable in an ever-changing environment and have a passion for successfully navigating ambiguous problem areas
  • An ownership mentality with the ability to develop and execute product initiatives in line with the business strategy
  • You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and are equally comfortable balancing tactical and strategic investments
  • Experience leading all aspects of product management. That means identifying market opportunities, user research, defining product vision and roadmap, developing business cases, driving execution activities, setting milestones, and measuring results
  • Data-driven and customer-centric. You appreciate that great product decisions require a balance between analytics and a thorough understanding of the needs of real estate investors
  • A communicator and collaborator. You know how to turn a vision into reality and get a cross-functional group of stakeholders and constituents excited, and onboard
  • 6-8 years of Product background with success growing consumer products
