Overview
Come join Intuit's Go To Market (GTM) Technology Team as a Group Product Manager responsible for our Sales Technology platform. At the center of every great company are great systems and processes. This product manager will focus on innovating on the platforms that our global sales organization uses for sellers to connect with prospective customers as effectively as possible to drive business growth.
In this role you will own a product focused on the global sales organization with the opportunity to drive transformation and innovation. You will also model and help coach your team in the product management craft. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture. In addition, this person must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership.

What you'll bring
- 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management or business process, technology platform, or architecture role
- Deep domain expertise on the Salesforce.com platform enabling sales teams and the CRM capabilities they depend on
- A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication
- A strong leader, skilled at storytelling and communication with proven ability to credibly drive conversations with senior leaders
- Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time
- A strong sense of urgency to help customers through the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experience quickly
- Undergraduate degree required in computer science, electrical engineering, math, science or other related disciplines (equivalent professional experience will be considered); MBA or advanced degree preferred
How you will lead
- Drive product strategy for sales agent experience and partner/reseller tools
- Define ideal state vision and roadmap to achieve
- Deliver technology at scale to support these experiences
- Prioritize cross-functional needs to revamp legacy technology through clear product roadmaps
- Define E2E view of data and how it enables all jobs across the sales technology platform stack, and use this to inform roadmaps and planning
- Formulate and execute on metrics that move the needle for our sales agents to be more productive, spending less time on administrative tasks and more time selling
- Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives
- Contribute to improved agile processes that constantly seek to provide predictability of outcomes, set appropriate expectations on timing and scope delivery, and increase development team velocity
