YOUR MISSION

As Group Product Manager, Facilitation, you will grow our business by helping us define and measure the success of the product strategy, while leading and growing a passionate team of Product Managers. You will report to the VP or Director of Product for Canvas.

In this role, you will:

• Define, plan and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MURAL’s Facilitation solution, including our Facilitator Superpowers™ 
• Lead a Product Management team focused on conceiving, building, and launching user-focused, high-quality products that connect and grow the future of MURAL.
• Work closely with fellow engineering, design, and business leadership to define our product vision and strategy across your product areas, and deliver tangible business outcomes
• Hire, manage, and grow a team of Product Managers and help them to reach their potential
• Be the product manager of the Facilitation team. Write PRDs, manage backlogs, and effectively prioritize new features vs. debt. Work with a cross functional team to build engaging experiences for both sync and async facilitation.
• Help manage communications among the product teams and the broader cross-functional organization to ensure stakeholder alignment. 
• Execute efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment where change is constant and creativity is a must.

YOUR PROFILE

The top candidate will have the following skills:

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or B2B products with a big focus on collaboration. 
• 1+ years of experience managing one or more product managers.
• Experience creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
• Highly collaborative. Experience working collaboratively with product, design, engineering, and user research. 
• Experience working remotely with a global team. 
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills. 
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Ideally you have...

• Experience in design thinking and creative disciplines, or are willing to learn.
• Experience working in a high-growth company with fast-paced decision-making processes.
