Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising or associated marketing technology.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project management for complex topics and matrixed organizational relationship management.
  • Experience influencing peers/leadership through communications and business strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in changing environments and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to uncover stakeholder, customer, and user needs, developing solutions for multiple audiences.
  • Understanding of industry, platform, regulatory, and user dynamics.

In this role, you will be the link between sales and product teams. Your focus will be to help turn product innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most from our products. You'll help to ensure that we adopt the right strategy for our products.

You will work with cross-functional partners globally to contribute to the ongoing development of image extensions, sitelinks, structured snippets, callouts, and price and promotion extensions.

You'll work with Product Management teams to set the vision for how we help advertisers modernize Search ads with more visual formats.

You will work with cross-functional teammates to devise solutions in Google Ads that will help advertisers understand the performance of formats.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas - Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform - you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with go-to-market partners in-region to identify customer needs and sales teams globally.
  • Create global perspectives while assisting regional teams in navigating specific in-country needs for sales teams and clients.
  • Develop commercialization strategies for Search ad product launches in partnership with Product Management (PM) and regional go-to-market stakeholders.
  • Work towards strategic product milestones in collaboration with PM and engineering teams.
  • Communicate product features, sales/advertiser requests, and product launches to global audiences.
