WHAT YOU BRING
You will have prior experience managing full cycle of product planning-Required
You will have prior experience with Payments Systems such as US ACH, Fedwire or Real-Time Payments – 5 or more years required
You will be a strong product resource
You are a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented
You are a very analytical problem solver, able to anticipate issues and create and implement solutions
Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Manage life cycle product planning activities and high-quality delivery of FIS enterprise product enhancements and releases to market. Defines product roadmap to meet market requirements in support of product line strategy by considering position in life cycle, product profitability, pricing strategies, client satisfaction and sales success rate.
Manages product plan by ensuring changes in market and business priorities including integration needs and technology advancements are reflected. Presents status updates at quarterly and annual stakeholder meetings.
Prepares and presents product plans. Identifies risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs and retirement plans.
Participates with other senior managers in establishing strategic plans and objectives, makes final decisions on administrative/operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the business and/or industry.
Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.
Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
Regularly interacts with executives and/or major clients. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with clients or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
