Current Need

We are seeking an eCommerce Business Manager to support our rapidly growing B2B2C Ecommerce Operations team in Richmond, VA.

Position Description

McKesson is a global leader in the medical supply industry and is seeking to recruit an eCommerce Business Manager to support all day-to-day operations for our Consumer Markets B2B2C channels. The ideal candidate must be passionate about data transformation & onboarding of new channels for Consumer Markets and will support strategic ecommerce initiatives that rely on product data for their success by creating and advancing product data processes, architecture, and metrics.

In addition to being a proven hands-on eCommerce contributor, they will have a significant track record of partnering with sales channel and product category teams to drive exponential sales growth. This candidate must have a broad knowledge of current retail eCommerce technologies and developing repeatable business processes and procedures in both the direct to consumer and partner channel sales space. The position will report to the Sr. Manager of eCommerce B2B2C Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our eCommerce Business Operations Team who supports all Consumer Market segments including our online content management team
  • Liaise with our 3rd party retail customer service delivery team
  • Drive initiatives to continuously improve operations delivery and product sales
  • Document, develop and evolve tools and processes to support business needs and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with teams and implement solutions to enable faster and more accurate online sales and content creation for B2B2C sales
  • Interact with customers, account executives and partners to understand customer needs and ensure proper use of content, feeds, and 3rd party data
  • Thrive as hands-on Product Owner of content syndication platforms such as Channel Advisor, CommerceHub, LogicBroker, Salsify or Syndigo. Coordinate with Digital Marketing to use or develop assets for use with our Retail National Accounts.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to build feeds and connectivity for customers
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Data Management and Marketing teams to deliver excellence in customer experience service delivery and rich online product content
  • Liaise with our Analytics team to provide data analysis and reporting



Minimum Requirements

4+ years of experience in any of the following areas Retail eCommerce, Retail Product Management or relative business experience.

Critical Skills:

  • Experience in eCommerce, product management, online content management, IT project management
  • Experience with data transformation and syndication tools like Salsify, Syndigo, or Channel Advisor
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel, plan for projects, manage own time and priorities
  • Ability to work in cross-functional matrixed organization



Additional Skills

  • Experience building attribute structures, data normalization, product taxonomy and managing products across varied structures
  • Ability to work with unstructured raw data, strong data analysis experience highly preferred



Education

4-year degree or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements

Large amount of computer-based work.
