Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead product process, ceremonies, teams and deliverables to achieve Veyo’s roadmap.
  • Work with Veyo’s strategic leadership to document functional requirements, agree on scope, deliverables and timeline.
  • Work with Veyo’s strategic leadership to identify metrics for all product deliverables, define baseline and constantly measure for success.
  • Track and report on product metrics and user engagement.
  • Manage product deployment to deliver product on time and with mutually agreed upon MVP features.
  • Keep stakeholders aware of the roadmaps and deployment plans.
  • Ensure objectively measured good user experience.
  • Ensure the product team understands the business and supports the business owner to provide compelling and defensible ROI estimates.
  • Assist Veyo’s strategy team with opportunity discovery and analysis.
  • Assist Veyo’s strategy team with quarterly and yearly planning, presents roadmap and deliverables.
  • Act as main liaison between Veyo’s strategy team and product and engineering teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5 years of experience in leading technical product teams driving solutions from conception through launch.
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Proven experience in healthcare or hospital environments.
  • Knowledgeable around SDOH, patient/member processes and payer systems.
  • Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as project management, engineering, UX, sales, customer support, finance or marketing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to execute product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
  • Experience working with UX designers to convey requirements to transform into wireframes, storyboarding and final high resolution mockups.
  • A/B / multivariate testing, funnel analysis, proven ability to use decision frameworks to drive product features.
  • Experience and deep understanding of Agile and scrum software development processes, familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana.
  • Experience working in data driven environments and understanding of data normalization, object architecture, and big data analytics.
  • Be able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way.
  • Natural ability to make things happen around you.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to key meetings and support launches.
