Department: Digital Automation team is responsible for exploration, evaluation, onboarding, implementation, governance, platform management, and support of various digital automation technologies including robotics process automation, data digitization, conversational AI, and workflow orchestration, in support of all lines of business across 40+ markets around the world.
The Role : In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to a set of regions/LOBs within the Workflow Orchestration product team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, creation, adoption, and support of workflow orchestration solutions using BizFlow, K2, and other emerging automation tools. As the leader of this team, you will lead the roadmap, as well as help adopt emerging technologies in automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and partner with multiple engineering teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
- Represent the needs of customers and the business within a particular solution domain, and maintain business alignment in the Team Backlog
- Resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of know-how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
- Led a group of developers as well as having the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Contribute to the BPM COE by developing best practices and guardrails for code development, review, and reusability
- Directs multiple product teams in the development and maintenance of an E2E IT solution.
- Overseeing Solution Architecture and/or Product/Application Architecture. Implementation of the technology roadmap.
- Responsible for setting, prioritizing and accepting the work generated by multiple Agile teams in order to ensure the platform meets the defined goals and vision.
- A Technical leader, responsible for guiding the team to make solid technical decisions to meet the product capability needs to be aligned with the customer.
- Enables teams to remove barriers and resolve conflicts so that the team can move forward in development. Implements audit controls, application security best practices, and architecture designs that address currency, to plan through potential risks associated with products and/or processes.
- Ensure vendor performance and deliverables meet contract specifications
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in design, development, and maintenance of workflow Automation using any BPM tool.
- Solution knowledge of E2E Business Process Automation (BPA) by orchestrating multiple Systems of Engagements, Robotic Process Automation (RPAs), and Augmented AI solutions (for decision modeling and making)
- Experience with creating product/Program Backlog, feature prioritization, and Story writing
- Enforcement of best practices/guardrails in BPM architecture, design, and coding
- Good knowledge of Digital Integration using SOA, .NET (C#), Web Services, REST, jQuery, JavaScript, Angular JS, and CSS.
- Worked in Agile methodology (SCRUM) and was able to complete requirements on time. Key to your success is your excellent communication skills and ability to present research and data in a clear and concise manner to a range of key audience groups.
- Knowledge of implementing DevOps - automated build, test, and deployment
- Experience in Azure cloud infrastructure and operation including Azure DevOps and building CI/CD pipeline for release automation and deployment
- Experience with cloud service providers such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience in customizations in K2 (Service Broker, Custom Controls, etc.)
- knowledge on Nintex K2 Five, K2 Smart-Forms, K2 Workflows, and SQL
- SAFe certified Agilist or PO/PM
