Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) - Travel up to 30%

Overview
Homes.com (a subsidiary of CoStar Group) is a growing marketplace, reimagining the home search experience for consumers and agents alike. We're building the new Homes.com Network to efficiently connect buyers, sellers, and their agents. This includes giving agents innovative tools for growth and collaborating with their clients, as well as connecting interested buyers directly to the listing agent. 'Your Listing. CoStar Group is currently looking for a Director of Product to join our Atlanta, GA based Homes.com Product team. This is a critical role for one of the top growth opportunities at CoStar Group. He/She should have a well-balanced mix of strategy and execution to create and fulfill the Homes.com product vision of transforming the way that buyers, sellers, and real estate agents engage with content, home search, and tools along the home buying journey. This position will lead strategy and manage a team of product managers while partnering with leaders across the organization to successfully bring the product experience to market and grow revenue in the short and long-term.
This individual should be a highly collaborative and disciplined in product management with an innovation and growth mindset. The ideal candidate should be creative problem solver who can mesh together consumer and real estate agent needs to create a digital product experience that delights all users at every touchpoint. This position reports to the VP of Product for Homes.com.

- Own a suite of products, define long-term product strategy and vision, and drive strategic product communications across the organization.
- Drive the development of products by clearly defining vision, strategy, and timelines
- Clearly articulate the "why and what" needs to be developed to product management, design, and engineering teams
- Consistently communicate progress, roadblocks, wins, and metrics to executive management through verbal/written communications and presentations
- Partner with leadership across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Operations, Support and other key stakeholders to align product strategy with their respective areas
- Build consensus and buy-in for the product vision within the team and with key partners
- Define, own, and execute product roadmaps that align to Costar Group/Homes.com business goals
- Define and manage market research, customer feedback loops, and consumer focus groups to collect ongoing feedback about the product and new opportunities to innovate, which includes conversations with customers and business partners
- Understand customer/business feedback and requirements then translate them to product managers, designers and engineering to build the best-in-class digital experience
- Oversee prioritization of features to ensure they align with business goals and timelines
- Evangelize the product with clients, at industry conferences, and at expert-driven events
- Engage in technical discussions with Engineering in building scalable, highly resilient product solutions with 99.999% uptime
- Ensure that rigorous, disciplined product development processes are followed to result in high throughput, productivity, and morale
- Work collaboratively with other Product teams to ensure a consistent approach to development
- Recognize and reward individuals through accountability, innovation, and productivity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or relevant field
- MBA or equivalent professional experience is plus
- At least 7+ years of progressive product management experience and a proven record of success at large scale B2B and B2C products

- Strong business acumen with strategic, analytical, and critical thinking.
- Excellent communicator who is comfortable with leading customer discussions, articulating value propositions to diverse audiences at different organizational levels
