Job Description
Would you like to join Fortune 4, CVS Health's Supply Chain Systems and Technologies Team? We are currently seeking a Lead Director of Transportation Systems & Technologies to lead the future of our Transportation technology products and how they integrate as part of our overall supply chain ecosystem and colleague and customer satisfaction.
Our technology products play a crucial role in driving efficiencies, reducing labor and improving quality with a balanced focus on colleague engagement and retention. As a leader on the Product Transportation Systems & Technologies team, you will be in a product ownership role, managing the development of new product applications and driving an iteratively innovative feature roadmap to improving existing applications and processes. You will partner with users, hence, become an expert on user experience across all applications within your portfolio. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with leadership and other key stakeholders, vendor partners and IT to deeply understand our process and challenges.
Our technology products are highly business process oriented, so a combination of supply chain business processes understanding, and software product management skills are required. As a product manager, you will be responsible for balancing business viability, technology feasibility and user/customer desirability as you develop your product portfolio roadmap and will design experiments to ensure predetermined measures of success are informing path forward.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 100000
Maximum: 221000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
-Minimum 5 years' experience working with transportation management systems, integration and managing/supporting large scale technology projects
-Leadership experience
-Hands on experience with user acceptance testing, test plan development and commissioning.
-Travel 30%

-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer-service
-Strong self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
-Strong ability to multitask and handle competing priorities at once
-Ability to foster connection by putting people first and build trusting relationships
