Director, Product Strategy
deepwatch is seeking a seasoned and passionate Director, Product Strategy with deep industry experience, who excels both at understanding technology and inspiring people, who can advocate for customer needs and champion the value of our products, and who can plan, execute, and ship on time and on scope.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Director, Product Strategy will help lead deepwatch towards aggressive and expansive growth. You will champion the strategy, execution, and revenue growth for deepwatch's platform and products, helping achieve and maintain high levels of engagement and business growth. You will lead, manage, and mentor a team of product managers developing software and products for deepwatch. You will translate the business strategy and vision from our leadership team into execution-ready product strategy for your team, and will partner with leaders across deepwatch to ensure we're achieving our vision cohesively, effectively, and in a way that creates confidence in our ability to deliver high engagement product experiences that customers purchase. You'll serve as a key leader building our Product organization, driving our product roadmap and delivery, and ensuring the ongoing success of our company. You'll work closely with deepwatch leadership in Delivery, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and other functional areas to ensure our unique intellectual property becomes a key driver for delighting our customers and driving deepwatch's growth.
Position Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a world-class team of product managers
• Translate the Chief Product Officer's vision into the product and services roadmap
• Work closely with the Head of Product Engineering to drive successful execution of that roadmap
• Own and improve the agile process for deepwatch products and platforms
• Work with Delivery, Sales, and Marketing on enablement, pricing/packaging, and other activities
• Build sound arguments and business cases for investments and initiatives
• Deliver impactful presentations at key industry events to relevant audiences
• Acts as a role model of deepwatch's Core Values, and coaches and encourages others to model these values
• Embodies the deepwatch Leadership Attributes of ownership, delivering results, hiring & developing the best talent in the industry, having backbone and ability to disagree and then commit, and earning trust

Requirements
Required Experience, Skills and Knowledge

• 7+ years of experience in software development and/or product management
• Demonstrated success with agile implementation such as Scrum or Kanban
• Demonstrated success in developing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success in fostering inter-team success with Go-To-Market activities
• Ability to collaborate and influence internal and external partners
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws

Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge

• Cybersecurity industry experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with products from Google, Atlassian, and Microsoft

Colorado* Candidates :
Minimum salary of $140,000 + bonus + commissions + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
