Position Overview:
The Director, Product Owner- Collections leads a cross-functional team in a product-based design to deliver all business related initiatives including monthly installs and new innovations across Collections, Recovery and Monetary Transfers. The incumbent is responsible for developing vision and road map for the product family and delivering the strategy to derive insights and drive customer engagement on audiences across all collections channels (Omni-channel) and across all offers. They will also partner with data science teams to enable quick deployment of modeled segments. This will also include managing and maintaining the existing state – helping transform the existing operational model that is heavily initiative focused to a product centric design that can scale with the business teams goals.
Preference for material experience in scaling products via agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for working with the other directors to redesign the Collections Value Stream from a functional organizational to a products based organization
Build and manage a team of product managers and product teams developing the necessary applications and integrations needed to support the customer and improve engagement and payment conversion.
Leverages trust with peers and partners across multiple functions to ensure continued product development with minimal issues.
Maintain and drive the roadmap as well as the strategy to convert to a more unified, product strategy from point solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, Economics or related field
8+ years of relevant financial services or similar experience
4+ years of people leadership experience
Experience with JIRA and agile development practices
Experience building and transforming teams
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Data Platform technologies (Snowflake/Redshift/AWS/etc.) and diverse Engagement Channels (Email, Push, Auto-dialer, Direct Mail, Web, SMS, Social, Display, SEO, etc.)
