About the Role

Lev is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Operations to help lead the Product management function through Lev’s next phase of growth. We are looking for a highly motivated, mission oriented individual for our growing team who will empower the product team to be as effective as possible and be integral in developing and implementing Lev’s product vision.

In this role you will

• Lead the operational and planning rhythm to ensure the entire Product organization executes on our strategy with clear roles, responsibilities and results
• Partner across the business development team, engineering, and product leadership to build scalable systems to support Lev’s growth
• Report directly to the Head of Product and act as a trusted thought and execution partner for a wide range of strategic/operational issues and special projects
• Support the product team by bringing new products and features to market by supporting go to market strategy development, and impact assessment
• Establish OKRs, key performance indicators, and success standards; analyzing data regularly to measure the quality of our products
• Help define a roadmap that drives day to day product work
• Recruit, lead, retain and grow an amazing team of product leaders - mentor, coach, and manage a team of top performers to advance their skill, contribution and impact

An ideal candidate should have

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager or product leader, with a track record of product success and strong product fundamentals
• 4+ years of relevant experience in product operations, consulting, or similar, ideally in a high growth and/or tech environment
• Experience bringing together teams within a product oriented tech company 
• Strong organizational skills. Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable speaking with clients and internal stakeholders
