Director, Product Management
What does a great (Director, Product Management) do?
As a Product Management Director, you will be leading the commercialization and Go-to-market strategy for strategic partnerships and key initiatives for the SMB and Commercial Middle Market segments. You will be responsible for orchestration across various cross-functional teams that support partnership launches, including Technology, Legal, Finance, Operations, Training, etc. You will serve as a thought partner to the Product Strategy team, and use commercialization frameworks and templates to ensure that delivery is done within established timelines. At the same time, you will also ensure a seamless and delightful client experience during the commercialization process, from boarding to activation to billing to support.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:• Spearheading partnership commercialization tasks and leading Go-to-market strategy to bring solutions to the SMB and Commercial Middle Market segments• Working with cross-functional teams to define end to end client experience for partnership launches• Drafting internal product / partnership communication and information• Collecting feedback from channels on product experience, features and functionality, pricing operationalization, etc. and work with partners as well as internal stakeholders to optimize• Assisting in managing issues throughout the process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and client communication• Lead and mentor junior team members• Creating a repeatable operating model to support partnership commercialization• Partner with Clover and other product teams across Fiserv to roll out new and exciting offerings to our client base• Participate and lead various client experience initiatives - including designing, outlining and implementing solutions, analyzing process flows, etc. to ensure a seamless client experience associated with product rollouts• Present recommendations to senior leadership and gain alignment on partnership roll-out plans including key considerations, risks, issues• Assisting in tracking and reporting KPIs immediately post launch

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:• 7-10 years of payments, product and program management experience• Bachelor's Degree• Ability to work across multiple groups and functional areas spanning the entire Global Business Solutions organization.
Travel required: 10%
