What we are looking for:

We're looking for you to join our Product organization as a Director of Product Management! Reporting to our Vice President, Product Management, you'll manage a team of Product Managers responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing products aligned to our vision and product strategy. Quickbase products unleash the creativity and problem-solving power of our clients by uniting business and IT developers to innovate every day.

In this role, you will: 

• Lead a team of geographically dispersed Product Managers that devise, design, influence and deliver products, product enhancements and the like
• Drive vision and strategy, road map and product lifecycle in collaboration with your peers and leaders
• Ensure successful delivery of products, on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives
• Partner with engineering leads to ensure team of PM's, designers and engineers are operating effectively at all levels
• Create strong working relationships and influence across leadership, sales, marketing and other Quickbase teams to execute product strategy
• Engage customers to develop and refine our portfolio, influence customer direction and execute strategy
• Ensure product line performance
• Identify market trends and opportunities
• Present a compelling narrative of the division and company strategy to large groups both internal and external to Quickbase
• Conduct calibration sessions and deliver reviews regarding performance expectations, initiative prioritizations and goals/results
• Create a productive, high energy, and achievement-oriented team environment
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements and effectively communicate and lead change management initiatives
• Successfully drive adoption of processes and key metrics that improve performance
• Partner closely with Go-To-Market teams to ensure they are communicating the correct message, strategize new ways of capturing customer leads, and develop content for all stages of sales cycle

Ideally, you'll have:

• 8+ years of product management experience in the computer software or IT space
• 3+ years of experience directly managing teams of at least 2 people
• Success with hiring, developing and leading high-performing PM teams
• Able to easily collaborate with engineering leads to prioritize and understand technical complexities of your products and the platform
• Communications comfort in presentation
• Comfort working cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization
• Proven problem-solver with ability to utilize data to drive decision-making
